Luke Rudberg, CSCS, was previously was a sports performance coach in Southern Minnesota at Ignition Fitness and Sports and at Bethany Lutheran College for the Men’s Basketball team. Before that, he interned at Minnesota State University.
Luke is an avid martial artist having studied arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Kuk Sool Won.
