Michael Pettit, CSCS, was born and raised in Brainerd, Minnesota. He went on to play collegiate football at Saint John’s University where his passion for strength and sports performance evolved. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a minor in Exercise Science. Michael has six years of experience coaching athletes at various facilities such as Minnesota Hockey Camps and Train Hard Win Big in Delaware. He has coached athletes of all ages and sports–from mite hockey to Division I–as well as worked alongside physical therapists to get athletes back in action after injuries. He is excited to use his expertise to develop well-rounded athletes with optimal performance, injury prevention, and longevity at the forefront.
