Nicole Sullivan, CSCS started her career as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist after graduating in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Her knowledge and experience grew in training athletes for performance. She believes training the general population should be no different. Whether you are training to enhance abilities in a sport, or become more proficient in daily tasks, moving well and improving strength are two of the main goals. Nicole strives to help clients build autonomy so they can maintain functional fitness throughout their lives.
In 2020, Nicole’s passion for bodyweight fitness grew and she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training. She enjoys doing calisthenics and believes bodyweight movements are an integral part of any fitness routine. She has 8 years of experience working with athletes, adolescents, and elderly, in various settings including personal, group, and team training. Nicole’s goal is to make fitness enjoyable and sustainable for all her clients.
