Dr. Weiss is an orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in Sports Medicine, providing complete care of shoulder, hip and knee conditions. Dr. Weiss did his sports medicine fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he took care of the Badgers. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Weiss has taken care of numerous athletes of all levels including high school, collegiate and professional and has spent many hours on the sidelines providing medical coverage. Prior to his fellowship, Dr. Weiss completed his orthopedic surgery training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. There he gained extensive experience and expertise in joint replacement surgery of the shoulder, hip and knee.

Dr. Weiss’ favorite conditions to treat are hip arthritis using a minimally invasive direct anterior approach to hip replacement, ACL and meniscus injuries, arthritis of the knee and rotator cuff tears.

About

J. Curtis Kelly is a Physician Assistant working in conjunction with Dr. Nicholas Weiss to coordinate excellent orthopedic patient care. Having been in the medical field since 2002, Curtis has worked his way up to the medical ladder as an EMT; an RN and now a Physician Assistant. He has worked in a variety of settings in Boston/Worcester, MA and Chicago, IL and is excited to bring his experience now to Minnesota and Wisconsin.
