Before surgery with Dr. Knowlan I couldn't hold my grandson for more than 5 mins. Now I can hold him as long as I want. I can also mow the lawn as long as I want where before I had a great deal of pain and had to stop several times. Now I am able to snowshoe and cross-country ski and go hiking which I couldn't do before surgery
