I have been a patient at TCO for several years for various surgeries and injuries. Dr. Jason Holm, Dr. Michael Johnson, Dr. Aaron Bloom, and Jason Ash, PA-C, have all been kind, competent, and thorough. Aaron Solseth, MPT, has helped me rehab following several surgeries and injuries and has also been very knowledgeable, thorough, and competent in providing care and guidance. I am very appreciative.

I would like to thank and acknowledge, Alicia Barnick, CPT, who leads the Back to Basics class. She is always positive and encouraging and gets us to exercise to the best of our abilities, always being cognizant of any restrictions or deficiencies we might have. I always feel like I get a great workout and have fun while doing it. I have been attending this class for a few years and sincerely believe that Alicia has kept me performing at my best following back and shoulder surgeries. I plan to continue attending this class for a long time. Thank you, Alicia and TCO! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous.

We feel compelled to pass along a heartfelt ‘Thank you’ to Dr. Steven Meletiou, his amazing team, and all the wonderful people at TCO Stillwater.  The care that our 8-yr old daughter, Abby, received over the past couple of days was over and above anything we could have imagined.

This past Tuesday evening, Abby got her finger slammed in a car door.  After seeing how badly Abby had cut and smashed her finger, we knew it likely would require orthopedic care.  TCO was our first call.  Much to our surprise, we got an appointment the next day with Abigale Gabrick, PA-C. We were blown away with not only the speed in which we would get our daughter seen at an orthopedic clinic, but that we could get in to see an orthopedic team that specializes in hand/arm injuries.

After reviewing the X-rays and the wound itself, Abigale did an amazing job explaining the seriousness of the injury. Abby had likely lacerated the nail bed underneath her fingernail, and that if we didn’t repair that nail bed, she would likely have a severely disfigured fingernail for the rest of her life.  Dr. Meletiou and his team performed the surgery the following day. The TCO staff made Abby feel so welcome and cared for during our visit for surgery. Abby is now recovering and even went to school the following day!

Thank you again to the people at TCO! Not only was their incredible level of expertise on display, but their genuine level of care that they showed for our daughter was something special.

Through an injury, we discovered that my daughter had an extra bone in her foot that was causing continued pain. We were informed that there was a surgery she could have to remove this bone and we proceeded to meet with Dr. Engasser. I think there’s an idea that we all have of what surgeons are like and they’re not always good. From the moment Dr. Engasser walked into the room, I knew he was going to be different in a very good way. He was so incredibly friendly and kind and immediately related to my daughter on her level. He took incredible time and care in answering all of our questions and I never once felt pressured to make a hasty decision. We decided to move forward with the surgery and everything went incredibly well. Dr. Engasser and the entire staff at TCO Burnsville were wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Engasser and the team at TCO Burnsville.

Dr. Dwivedi provided me with excellent service in resolving my carpal tunnel issues with both hands. He explained what it was, how it affected my hands and wrists, what the surgery entailed and what to expect post-surgery. He answered all my questions and I was completely satisfied with the experience. His care team was outstanding and set up appointments for surgery, post-op and therapy as well as complete pre-op instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Dwivedi and his care team members at TCO for orthopedic problem resolution.

I have been Dr. Mertens’ patient since 2013. He is an amazing doctor. He always greets you with a smile and carries himself like he doesn’t have a problem in the world. He is always open to hearing about your health issues so he can help you get better. He listens to what you have to say and he doesn’t over talk you. If it’s something he’s not sure about, he goes to his computer to find the answers. He guides you the right way. He studies his patients he knows what’s good for you. I wouldn’t trade him for the world and I would follow him anywhere for my healthcare needs.

He and his care coordinator, Holly, are an awesome team. I will recommend that everyone that struggling with Lupus goes to see his team. If you want to get well enough to continue an active lifestyle, he is the doctor you want to see. Thank you Dr. Mertens for being my doctor.

I was so impressed by Dr. Engasser’s professional yet kind manner. He was able to explain what was going on with my ankle instability and how we would work to fix it. Each time I spoke with him and his staff I never felt I rushed, rather valued! Bravo Dr. Engasser and team. I’m completely healed and active once again!

Dr. Mittelsteadt is the best. He is very caring and competent. After years of ankle pain I am thankful for having such a great surgeon.

My hand feels so much better after surgery. I am able to sleep so much better. The pain is really missing now. Dr. Dwivedi was so easy to communicate with and listened to all my concerns. I met Alicia Barnick, CPT in mid-November of 2020. I was scheduled to have knee replacement surgery in February of 2021. I wanted to get stronger before that surgery and took advantage of TCO having a Personal Trainer. Alicia and I hit it off right away. She was very caring and concerned with my physical needs as she helped prepare me for surgery. Since 2020, I have continued working with Alicia through her Pilates sessions. She is always attune to what I need whether it be strengthening or stretching my muscles. She challenges me but is also very attentive to my physical setbacks which include low back pain and my right hip before and after hip replacement surgery in 2022.

I have had many physical highs and lows, and Alicia was always there supporting my efforts. Alicia is a great asset to TCO. I hope that she is appreciated for her commitment to her clients and her hard work for TCO. Alicia is one of the biggest reasons why I have had such long lasting physical strength and stability.
