She inspired confidence by her careful and meticulous approach in administering the enzyme and earned my appreciation by being flexible in arranging the two step procedure to fit my schedule. When she and her assistant saw that I could now fully extend my fingers and again press a flat palm on the table, their enthusiasm and excitement over the excellent results was inspiring.
