Anne Chambers DeLapp, PT, DPT, has always had a passion for health and helping others feel their best. Growing-up as a competitive dancer in jazz, tap, lyrical, and ballet, she was intrigued by the human body and how it moves. Her professional education began at the University of Georgia, where she studied Health Promotion and Behaviors while also volunteering with Special Olympics in her free time. This served as a jumping-off point for attending physical therapy school in Maine at the University of New England. During school, she completed clinicals in orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and pediatric settings. Upon graduating, Anne returned to Atlanta, Georgia to work at an orthopedic clinic and received specific training for treating dancers and performers. She proceeded to tour with the national production of 42nd Street, treating their dancers, actors, band and crew. Anne comes to TCO with a goal to serve active populations and support the Minneapolis dance medicine community.
