About

Braidy Solie, DPT, CSCS, EMR, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Dakota and is one of the few residency-trained sports physical therapists practicing in Minnesota. His background includes working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, including those at the collegiate and professional level of sport. He has a personal interest in injury prevention and the rehabilitation of athletic injuries to the shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle. Braidy has a passion for optimizing sports performance through a hands-on and individualized approach; combining the latest research, strength and conditioning concepts, sports technology, and rehabilitation techniques. In his free time, he enjoys taking in the outdoors and spending time with his family in Northern Minnesota.
