Bridgett Bonte-Chun DPT, COMPT, is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health physical therapy for a variety of pelvic floor conditions. She has extensive training on conditions relating to prenatal and post-partum recovery, incontinence, sexual dysfunction and persistent pelvic pain. Bridgett has a strong passion for this area of physical therapy and finds it very rewarding to empower women on their road to recovery. She combines her background in manual physical therapy for treatments and uses a variety of techniques including soft tissue work, dry needling, pilates training and the creation of a home exercise program to meet the individualized needs of each patient. Bridgett spent 10 years in the Pacific Northwest and returned back to Minnesota several years ago. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and being outdoors as much as possible.
