About

Jenna Szpek, PT, DPT, OCS, is a Physical Therapist who graduated from University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a former athlete, participating in volleyball, softball, and collegiate gymnastics, she has had many personal experiences with rehab and coming back from injury. Her sports participation and clinical experiences have allowed her to develop a passion for working with athletes and individuals with orthopedic injuries, with a specific interest in knee and shoulder diagnoses. Jenna uses a combination of dry needling, manual therapy, and individualized exercises throughout her treatments to help patients achieve their short- and long-term goals. When away from work, Jenna keeps herself busy spending time with her friends and family, traveling, playing with her dog and cat, and staying active with recreational volleyball.
