Jessica Schultz, PTA, CPT, is a 2006 and 2014 Olympian in the sport of Curling. She takes pride in her athletic endeavors, training as an elite athlete during her Olympic runs. She brings this energy as a formal athlete into consideration for her client’s personal training goals. Jess is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), in addition she is a board certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and has been in the orthopedic rehabilitation setting background for a number of years. She has vast knowledge on all body ailments. Jess can adapt client’s programs to address their limitations and aide in injury prevention. As patients seek continued care during and after physical therapy, Jess is bridging the gap between therapy and personal training, giving patients a continuum of care with knowledgeable background of their conditions. She can help patients safely and properly progress based on their fitness level as well as taking consideration of specific surgical limitations. The focus of training will be individualized based on each person’s goals. Jess brings her knowledge of multiple sports, specialized functional movement training and general fitness and health into an injury prevention or post-surgery personal training focus.
