About

Lauren Sabrowsky, PT, DPT, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. She has a passion for women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Lauren values an evidence-based approach to treatment, and she understands the importance of giving patients the tools to participate in their own healing process, achieve their goals, and participate in the life activities that mean the most to them. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all patients. In her free time, Lauren loves spending time outdoors, traveling with her husband, exploring the restaurant scene in the Twin Cities, and is a dog and house plant enthusiast.
