About

Mitch Kary, PT, DPT, obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Physical Therapy and played collegiate baseball. He possesses certification as a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner and is also proficient in the Graston Technique, a method for soft tissue mobilization. Mitch boasts extensive knowledge and practical experience in evaluating and treating a diverse range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, as well as providing post-operative care.

His special interest lies in the analysis of pitching mechanics and the rehabilitation of overhead athletes, along with expertise in guiding individuals through return-to-sport training following lower extremity injuries. Mitch is married to his wife, Kristan, and is the proud parent of three children: Hudson, Hayes, and Hattan. Beyond his professional pursuits, he relishes spending quality time with his family at the lake and participating in sports activities.
