About

Alicia Ann Lembrich, RDN, LD is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 10 years of experience in nutrition, wellness and weight loss working as a Registered Dietitian in health clubs, corporate wellness and as a pediatric clinical dietitian. She specializes in women’s nutrition and weight management by helping heal their metabolism in order to lose weight. She is passionate about helping others incorporate more real food without being “perfect” by easily implementing real-life solutions that create a better relationship with food and optimizing their long-term health by reducing or reversing the likelihood of obesity and chronic diseases. Most days you will find Alicia Ann in the kitchen cooking or baking, trying out new recipes, enjoying walks with her dog or practicing yoga and dance. Alicia is seeing patients at TCO Edina – MN Drive, TCO Woodbury and i-Health Pelvic Health Therapy in Edina.
