Austin Voltin, MS, RD, CSSD, LD, is a registered dietitian and board-certified specialist in sports dietetics. She earned a Master of Science in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University. Austin has worked with athletes ranging from recreational to tactical and professional levels of talent to build performance plans that enhance the athlete’s performance outcomes, recovery, and holistic health. Austin has a special interest pertaining to nutrition’s impact on mental health and the gut microbiome as it relates to sport.
