The entire TCO staff have always and continue to provide great care. Last week while waiting for my wife’s rehab, I witnessed an awesome display of compassion and caring. The receptionist brought a senior in a wheelchair to the rehab area and while waiting to check in she engaged him with kind words and a gentle hand on his shoulder. It was very obvious she made this patients day (and mine) with her actions. This woman is most certainly a valued employee. If I was still working I’d hire her in a heartbeat. I don’t recall her name but I’ll bet you can identify her by the actions I described. Please thank her for me.
