Following surgery with Dr. Kelly, I am now back at work unloading and loading grocery carts. I'm still strengthening my knees but I'm able to do stairs slowly and I can ride a bike as part of my exercise. I do get stiff but if I sit for a bit, but both knees are ready to go again. I'm getting back to moving to my faster pace walk and style of life every day.
