From Milestones to Memories: Read Our 2022 Year in Review

Our 2022 Year in Review showcases another remarkable chapter in our history.

Over the past year, we achieved new milestones and pushed the boundaries of what’s possible. Our dedication to value-based care, innovation, and research took our practice to new heights. We’re excited to share our progress with you.

In this Year in Review, you’ll find inspiring stories of patients who overcame obstacles and achieved remarkable recoveries with our help. You’ll also learn about the groundbreaking research and innovations that are driving healthcare forward.

One of our top priorities in 2022 was fostering a culture of leadership at all levels. Our Leadership Expectations Model (LEM) reinforces this idea and creates opportunities for employees to step up and lead. We also focused on our One TCO initiative, which aligns our business processes, decisions, and culture to provide world-class orthopedic care.

During the year, we welcomed 10 new physicians, opened two additional locations, and started construction on four more locations, including the Orthopedic Institute in partnership with Ridgeview. We also launched online scheduling to provide more convenient options for our patients.
