Izaak Schafer, MOT, OTR/L, CHT, graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2007 with a degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science before completing his Master of Occupational Therapy in 2013. Izaak has over 10 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and has worked in outpatient orthopedics since 2016 and has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 2018. He enjoys treating all upper extremity orthopedic injuries through a holistic rehabilitation approach, that focuses on getting patients back to their meaningful everyday activities.
Outside of work Izaak has served in the Minnesota Army National Guard since 2004 and enjoys spending time with his family on their hobby farm, staying active, coaching his kid’s sports, and volunteering in his community through his local VFW and athletic boosters’ association.
