Annie Lewis, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT a residency-trained, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who has been serving patients in the North Metro for over 10 years. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the St. Catherine University. After graduation, she underwent Residency training in Orthopedics at Fairview. Annie has remained actively engaged in the education and mentorship of professional Physical Therapy students and post-doctorate orthopedic Physical Therapy residents. She has been a guest speaker for numerous local audiences, addressing a range of orthopedic clinical topics. In addition to being a clinician, she is a teaching assistant and guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine – Doctor of Physical Therapy Division.
Annie has a special interest in treating the spine, including neck pain and headaches, TMJ problems, low back pain, and hip pain. Her focus is on providing the right type and amount of treatment for each patient. Her individualized treatment approach includes combinations of manual techniques, exercise, stability, mobility, and muscle retraining. When not working Annie enjoys dancing, spending time outdoors, camping, and traveling with her husband and kids.
