Alyssa Stapleton, PT, DPT earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Alyssa has experience treating a variety of orthopedic injuries, including both surgical and non-surgical, and ranging from acute to chronic conditions. She is passionate about collaborating with patients to improve their function and get them back to doing the things they love. She has a special interest in working with outdoor athletes of all ages and sports including running, rock climbing, skiing, cycling, and hiking. Alyssa believes in utilizing an evidence-based approach to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys outdoor sports including running trail ultramarathons, rock climbing, and cross-country skiing. She and her husband spend their vacation time backpacking and rock climbing in National Parks and downhill skiing. When resting from being active, Alyssa enjoys baking, spending time with friends and family, and visiting unique coffee shops in the Twin Cities with a good book.
