Mackenzie Kusilek is a board-certified physician assistant in Minnesota and Wisconsin with several years of clinical and surgical experience, much of that in the specialty of spine care. She is passionate about helping patients understand their condition, explore their treatment options, and feel supported throughout their care journey. Mackenzie works closely with TCO’s orthopedic spine surgeons and pain management specialists to provide personalized, high-quality care focused on each patient’s individual needs and goals.
Her passion for orthopedics has grown through the meaningful relationships she has built with patients and the opportunity to help them return to the activities they enjoy. She believes that a healthy lifestyle—including regular movement, exercise, and balanced nutrition—can play an important role in maintaining musculoskeletal health, supporting recovery, and improving overall well-being.
Mackenzie’s goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while helping each person feel heard, informed, and confident in their treatment plan.
