Catherine Nguyen, PT, DPT, grew up in central Minnesota and moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area after completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cites in 2025. Catherine highly values patient-centered care, meeting the patient where they are at and helping them achieve their goals. She believes in a whole-body approach to rehab and is passionate about getting to know her patients. Outside of her professional life, Catherine enjoys reading, golfing, cooking, and playing with her two dogs.
