Brennan Swan PT, DPT, OCS received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Concordia University, St. Paul in May of 2021. He became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in June of 2025. He has a strong clinical interest in the rehabilitation of overhead athletes as well as athletic injuries of the shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle. Brennan’s practice includes an evidence-driven approach to rehabilitation and sports performance to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside of work, Brennan enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, and playing town baseball.
