Jordan Moore, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist whose interest in the profession grew after watching many of her college hockey teammates go through rehabilitation and experiencing firsthand the powerful connection between science and sport. Clinically, she enjoys working with individuals of all ages and across a wide range of orthopedic conditions, with a special interest in return-to-sport and post-operative athletes.
She uses an evidence-based approach to guide her treatment, combining research with clinical expertise to help patients move and perform better. Jordan also emphasizes a patient-centered care, customizing each rehabilitation program to align with a patient’s specific goals, lifestyle, and interests. She is passionate about empowering patients throughout their rehab, teaching them the skills they need for long-term success.
Outside the clinic, Jordan enjoys playing recreational sports, coaching hockey, spending time with friends, and exploring new ice cream spots throughout Minnesota.
