Make It To State 2017

Twin Cities Orthopedics is committed to supporting youth sports and local communities, which is why we’re giving everyone a chance to “Make It To State!” The state tournament is about more than just the teams playing for a trophy. It’s a tribute to the proud communities, supportive parents, great friends and loyal fans who support their teams through thick and thin. Even if you can’t make the tournament, you can still “Make It To State” on a real-life digital billboard.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What kind of photos should we post?
The possibilities are endless! Show off great hockey hair or rockin’ basketball socks. Share your selfies cheering on your favorite players, or take a photo with all of your friends decked out for a big game. Get your son or daughter on the big screen by posting their uniform photo, and make sure the little siblings get their time to shine, too! Get your friends and family involved, and help us celebrate our great state! Make sure you have consent before sharing photos of others.

Can I post more than one photo?
Individuals may be featured one time on a billboard photo, so make your photo count! In some circumstances, we may allow the same person to be featured more than once, if they are in an individual photo and a group/family photo.

How does this work?
Photos are moderated, and upon approval enter a digital billboard broadcast queue. The most recent photos shared (and approved) will cycle across all billboard locations. The time from social media-to-billboard varies, but most photos will be updated in real time.

Don’t worry if you don’t see it out on the roads. We are sending everyone a copy of their photo up on a billboard!

Why is TCO doing this?
We are just as passionate about our communities as you are. Many of our physicians and employees are youth coaches, parents of athletes and proud local supporters. Every year we support teams and athletes of all ages, and this year we wanted to help everyone else get involved in the celebration!

Are there additional rules?
We cannot accept photos with inappropriate behavior, and we ask that you not include any professional or college logos in your photos, nor any competitive logos or advertising. Do not post photos of others without their consent. See below for full rules.

Look for the TCO Brand Ambassadors outside of the tournaments in bright blue jackets! They will be handing out some awesome swag, ready to take your photo!
