Rockford athlete crushes return-to-sport test after ACL surgery
Fifteen-year-old Ashlyn Kneeland tore her ACL after colliding with an opponent during a basketball game. Seven months after surgery, the four-sport athlete was cleared for competition after a successful return-to-sport test at Twin Cities Orthopedics’ clinic in Eden Prairie.
In addition to basketball, the Rockford High School student plays football, soccer and runs track. She hopes to play college basketball after graduating high school.
