Injury Prevention for Nordic Skiers

Craig Ringsven, Physical Therapist and skier at TCO, will be running a clinic for Nordic skiers at Hoigaard’s on Feb. 4 at 6:30 p.m. Craig will be discussing ways to prevent injuries and how to improve efficiency while cross country skiing. Participants will have the opportunity to be screened for injury risk using Dartfish video technology, a software that analyzes joint angles and movement patterns while participants perform a ski-related drill.
