Paul Breyen, PT, OCS, Cert MDT, has been serving the Twin Cities area as a practitioner of general orthopedic and sports medicine Physical Therapy since 1998. His educational journey began at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then pursued his graduate degree in Physical Therapy at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN.
Subsequent to his graduation, Paul has achieved board certification as a clinical specialist in orthopedic Physical Therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He has also obtained certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the spine from the McKenzie Institute and is recognized as an Advanced Credentialed Clinical Instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association. His clinical practice encompasses a wide spectrum of orthopedic conditions, with a particular emphasis on the hip, low back, knee, and shoulder regions.
Paul has actively engaged in the education and mentorship of pre-professional students, professional Physical Therapy students, post-doctorate orthopedic Physical Therapy residents, and Physicians in training. He has been a featured speaker for numerous professional audiences, addressing a range of orthopedic clinical topics. Paul’s unwavering commitment is to deliver patient-centered care of the highest quality to facilitate his patients’ swift recovery and improved mobility.
Beyond his professional life, Paul relishes spending time with his family, camping, woodworking, and expressing his musical talents as a drummer and guitarist.
