Say hello to Denise Reddy, RN! As a WestHealth Surgery Center nurse, she works to make sure patients receive top-notch care. Away from work, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. Denise’s care for her patients and colleagues makes her one of our Difference Makers.

What’s your title and role?

I’m a registered nurse at WestHealth Surgery Center in Plymouth. I provide care to a wide variety of surgical patients before and after surgery.

What’s your favorite thing about working at TCO?

My favorite thing about working at TCO is how everyone collaborates and works as a great team to provide the best and safest care possible to our patients. I have amazing coworkers! I also love how visible, helpful and resourceful our leadership/management is. I’ve truly never had a job where I have felt such a sense of appreciation.

How do you make a difference?

I try to share my areas of expertise with others while learning from my coworkers every day. I always try to provide quality care with integrity.

What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my husband and two little boys. Living in a house of boys keeps me busy and on my toes at all times! I love the outdoors, especially warm weather, and enjoy walking, running, cooking, reading and spending time with friends whenever I can.
