Difference Makers: Lisa Haran

Meet Lisa Haran, who recently received the “You Made a Difference Award” at TCO for going above and beyond to improve the lives of patients and their families.

What’s your title and role?

I’m a care coordinator in Waconia and Chaska. I handle all the precertification and authorizations from insurance and workers’ compensation.

How long have you worked at TCO?

I’ve been with TCO for 5½ years.

What’s your favorite thing about working at TCO?

One of my favorite things about working at TCO is the integrity and teamwork I experience and work with on a daily basis.

How do you make a difference?

I always keep the patient’s best interest in mind and do what I would expect if the shoe was on the other foot.

What’s something you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of working at TCO, I enjoy outdoor activities, including biking and horseback riding, local town events and paint classes.
