Difference Makers: Stacy Ramacher

Attend physical therapy at our Maple Grove location, and one of the first people you’ll see is Stacy Ramacher, a patient services representative whose smile puts patients at ease. The care she puts into her work each day makes her one of our Difference Makers.

What’s your title and role?

I’m a patient services representative in Maple Grove. I work at the physical therapy front desk. I’m also the insurance specialist/scheduler for Minnesota Prosthetics and Orthotics.

What’s your favorite thing about working at TCO?

I love my coworkers. We’re a great team!

How do you make a difference? What does it mean to you to help patients and their families?

Being able to make a patient’s visit as pleasant as possible makes a positive difference in their experience. Always use your manners and have a smile!

What are some of your favorite things to do outside of work?

I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy camping, traveling and movie nights.
