About

Bill Welle received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Sioux Falls and a Graduate Degree in Exercise Physiology from St. Cloud State University. He has been training athletes for almost three decades. He co-founded Cris Carter’s FAST Program in Boca Raton, Florida, training over 15,000 junior high and high school athletes, 600 professional athletes and more than 400 college football players for the NFL Draft (30 1st round picks). Athlete’s trained include NFL’s Cris Carter, Larry Fitzgerald, Mike Floyd, Kyle Rudolph, and NBA’s Jon Leuer, and Cole Aldrich.

Bill provides sports performance training at Training HAUS – Eagan, located next to TCO Eagan – Viking Lakes.
