Cole Larson, CPT, CNC, joined TCO in August of 2023. After playing football, basketball, and baseball in high school, Cole found his passion in sports performance and fitness while attending Minnesota State University of Mankato. He has been the Strength and Conditioning coach for the NA3HL Minnesota Loons hockey team and Minnesota Hockey Camps since 2022 and is the Sports Performance Coach at Pillager High School. Cole has worked with many different athletes from first year players to Division 1 college commits. He prides himself from developing athletes physically with proper technique, enhanced coordination, and explosive power and strength. He also prides himself on developing athletes mentally with accountability and guiding athletes to possess the best leadership skills.
Outside of sports performance, Cole enjoys spending time with his fiancé and twins. The four of them together will spend time engaging with the community or enjoying lake activities.
