Josh Anderson is the strength and condition coach at Waconia High School and TCO Waconia Therapy & Sports Performance. He has been a strength and conditioning coach since 2006. His past teams include Minnesota State University – Moorhead, University of Minnesota Football, Sioux Falls SkyForce (NBA – Miami Heat Affiliate) and Sioux Falls Storm (IFL). Josh is also a two-time guest strength coach at University of Notre Dame speed and strength camp. His specialty is working with high school, collegiate, professional and MMA athletes. MMA athletes trained include Josh Thomson, Luke Rockhold and Gray Maynard. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and racing BMX.
