Nicole Fokken, MS, CSCS, is a sports performance and strength and conditioning coach that has been working with athletes since 2018. She has always loved competing in sports, especially basketball, volleyball and track and field. She went on to study Nutrition at the College of Saint Benedict where she competed in basketball, high jump, and javelin. Upon graduating, she became an assistant track and strength and conditioning coach for St. Ben’s where she found her passion for helping athletes exceed their goals. She then went on to receive her Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology from the College of Saint Scholastica. Nicole loves being able to inspire and coach athletes of all levels to help them not only improve their physical performance but improve their mindset.
