Rocco Huppert, BS, ACSM-EP, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science. As a former two-sport athlete, long-time football player and collegiate track athlete, his coaching career began in these two sports. Starting on the gridiron, Rocco was a Skills-Position Football Coach breaking down the game from what their position entails and applying it on the field to elevate their game. In his time at college, he had the opportunity to work on the UWRF Track & Field coaching staff in both event group practices and organized team lifts. Rocco’s time at Training HAUS has exposed him to work with a variety of populations from youth to professionals, sports performance to return to sport. His ingenious programming creates and provides specific programs for each individual’s wants and needs that applies in new ways to create a better quality of life, injury prevention and strength through range to enhance performance.
