As Chief Development Officer (CDO), Chris Bailey, PT, DPT, OCS, is dedicated to guiding Twin Cities Orthopedics rehabilitation, sports medicine, and sports performance towards the highest level of quality, service, and innovation. Chris has nearly 20 years experience in outpatient orthopedics. He graduated from Clarke University in 2002 with a degree in Biology before completing a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2004 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2006. Chris has special interest in rehabilitation of shoulder and knee injuries and pathology including rehabilitation of ACL injuries. He is an Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. Since joining TCO in 2011, Chris has worked in developing meaningful partnerships in the orthopedic, education, and sports medicine communities including dozens of high school, collegiate, and club partnership. Chris was instrumental in shaping the TCO-Vikings partnership in Eagan at TCO Performance Center, including integral work launching the Training HAUS sports performance brand. Chris creatively blends his experience as a clinician with business acumen to create meaningful opportunities for continued growth at TCO.
