Dr. Rachel Wilson is a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine physician. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of pain disorders, with a focus on spine, musculoskeletal, and neuropathic pain. Her approach centers on the patient as an individual with an emphasis on working together to develop a multimodal treatment plan in order to improve patient quality of life and function. Treatment plans may include interventional pain procedures such as cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine injections, peripheral joint injections, and nerve block injections under fluoroscopy and/or ultrasound guidance, radiofrequency nerve ablations of the spine and peripheral joints (knee, hip, and shoulder), and peripheral nerve and spinal cord stimulation.
Interventional spine procedures, including fluoroscopic- and ultrasound-guided epidural injections, facet joint injections, medial branch nerve block and radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation
Neuropathic pain, including complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), including nerve block injections, peripheral nerve and spinal cord stimulation, and sympathetic plexus block injections
Peripheral joint osteoarthritis and pain, including intra-articular joint injections, soft tissue and bursa injections, radiofrequency ablation of articular nerve branches (knee, hip, shoulder), and peripheral nerve stimulation
Spine and neck care, including neck pain, back pain, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, spondylosis, radiculopathy, sacroiliac joint pain, other degenerative conditions of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine
