Twin Cities Orthopedics is proud to team up with Special Olympics Minnesota to provide their athletes with an exclusive at-home exercise program. Designed by our experts, these workouts improve flexibility, strength, aerobic fitness, and balance. Modifications and progressions are included to ensure athletes of all abilities can reach their full potential.
