TCO Physicians and Staff Volunteer with Soles for Souls

319 homeless men and women were treated to complimentary foot exams, socks, shoes and legal advice at the 9th annual Soles for Souls event on November 24th.
The event took place at the Dorothy Day Catholic Charities Center in downtown St. Paul. Many doctors participated in the event, including our own Joe Nemanich, MD and Joe Teynor, MD. Minnesota Prosthetics and Orthotics has been involved since the inception of the Twin Cities version of the Soles for Souls event.
This year, staff from HR and TCO Burnsville helped complement the more than 100 volunteers from other orthotic companies, Schuler Shoes, Red Wing Shoes and various health systems to make this a huge success. 500 pairs of new shoes and boots were donated by Red Wing Shoes for this event.
