TCO opens new location in Edina
Hello again, Edina! Twin Cities Orthopedics expanded its presence in the Minneapolis suburb today by moving physical therapy services, and prosthetics and orthotics from three locations into a new, state-of-the-art facility.
TCO Edina – MN Drive, located at 4100 Minnesota Drive, Suite 100, inside the Minnesota Drive Medical Building, provides physical therapy (PT), prosthetics and orthotics, and sports performance services in a 25,000-square-foot space.
PT, sports performance & more
Physical therapy services moved from their two previous Edina locations at the Crosstown Medical Building, just off Highway 62 at 4010 W. 65th St.; and Southdale PT, 6545 France Ave. S. The orthopedic physician clinic, Orthopedic Urgent Care, surgery center and hand therapy will remain at TCO Edina – Crosstown.
“We were long overdue for improved space in the Edina market,” Chris Bailey, PT, DPT, OCS, Director of Sports Medicine and Therapy, said. “We saw the importance of changing how physical therapy was delivered. We need to continue to provide a high level of professional service and advice while connecting the dots of what comes after PT is completed.
“How do we make sure our patients continue to exercise and value their health to ensure that their orthopedic issues don’t return? We do it through fitness classes, wellness programs, nutrition, sports performance, injury prevention and more.”
