TCO Opens Premier Facility in Plymouth
The much-anticipated Twin Cities Orthopedics Plymouth officially opened its doors on Tuesday, September 5th.
This cutting-edge, full-service orthopedic center is conveniently located at the intersection of Highway 55 and Rockford Road. The goal of this premier facility is to redefine the care experience for our patients like never before.
“Through years of dedicated service to Plymouth and the surrounding communities, we have built a strong foundation of trust and support,” TCO Chief Operating Officer Janet Benton said. “This new location represents our long-term commitment to providing the highest quality care for the west metro.”
TCO Plymouth is now our 13th urgent care clinic across the Twin Cities, and it will address the area’s need for prompt attention to acute and sports-related injuries. Open 8-8 daily, we are excited to support the community when they need us most.
Utilizing the most advanced diagnostic tools and innovative treatment options to support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, TCO Plymouth is home to an expert team of physical therapists. From hand therapy to i-Health Pelvic Health Therapy, patients have access to all the resources they need to regain control of their health and lead fulfilling lives.
Athletes in the area can expect a world-class sports performance experience at the new Plymouth facility with Training HAUS at the helm. With Training HAUS’ expert sports performance coaches providing customized training plans, athletes of all ages and abilities can elevate their game, reach their full potential, and achieve peak performance.

TCO Plymouth will also feature the Plymouth Orthopedic Surgery Center. Opening in January 2024, this leading ambulatory surgery center will offer advanced, patient-centered care. Featuring the EXCEL Orthopedic Surgery & Recovery program’s care suites on the first floor, the center is focused on convenience, comfort, and a welcoming environment.
As for TCO’s previous Plymouth location inside the Abbott Northwestern WestHealth building, this clinic is permanently closed.

Jackson McAndrew, All-State Basketball Star
To celebrate this new era in Plymouth, we are showcasing the inspiring stories of real patients from the community.
Jackson McAndrew is Minnesota’s top-ranked basketball recruit and won a state championship as a junior. Along the way, he’s also overcome adversity.
When injuries happen, Jackson turns to TCO’s urgent care. With no referral or appointment necessary, Jackson’s able to walk in, see a specialist, and receive the care he needs to get back on the court quickly and safely.
A second state title is Jackson’s dream, and we are proud to support his journey.
Grace Estby, D1 Soccer Commit
Grace Estby is an all-metro soccer star and future Division I athlete. As a sophomore, Grace suffered a serious knee injury and worried college coaches would lose interest.
Turning to TCO for her physical therapy, Grace embraced the road to recovery. With expert care and guidance, she’s back and better than ever. Now, Grace has her sights set on winning a state championship before taking her talents to the next level.
