TCO partners with Burnsville Family Physicians

Twin Cities Orthopedics is proud to announce a new partnership with Burnsville Family Physicians beginning Jan. 1.

TCO and BFP have long histories of providing premier medical services to patients in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

“TCO is excited for the partnership,” TCO CEO Troy Simonson said. “We have very similar cultures and are focused on improving patient care and finding ways to be efficient in the current health care environment.”

BFP will continue to provide the same high-quality family medicine services to ensure its patients’ health and well-being.

Since their inception, both groups have remained focused on sustaining independence and resisting mergers from major health systems, believing that independence keeps them focused on the patient and innovation.

“This structure allows us to be the most flexible with our service and emphasize the patient experience while continuing to carefully manage costs,” BFP administrator Michelle Turner said. “We have the opportunity to build something truly unique, and we are excited about the possibilities.”

The focus of the partnership is to ensure that current BFP patient care and services offered remain unchanged.
