TCO Vikings 5K takes place Sept. 29 in Eagan
The TCO Vikings 5K is your chance to experience what it’s like to be a Minnesota Viking at the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center Sunday, September 29th. You and your friends can cross the finish line at the 50-yard line inside TCO Stadium!

TCO is the Official Sports Medicine Provider of the Vikings and proud sponsor of the TCO Vikings 5K. We’re not the host or organizer, but we have a lot of fun things planned!
- Be on the lookout for TCO “Trivia on the Run,” a chance to win prizes before, during, and after the race!
- Look for TCO & Training HAUS employee volunteers on the course cheering and manning watering stations.
- Runners, keep in mind Training HAUS sports massage therapists will be giving post-race massages.
- Visit our TCO and Training HAUS tents after the race on the plaza and pick up some free swag.
Registration includes:
- TCO Vikings 5K t-shirt (Unisex Adult and Youth Sizes)
- 2019 participation medal
- Food and beverages
- A complimentary Miller Lite (Runners ages 21+)
- TCO will distribute purple shoelaces at packet pickup (wear them on race day for a chance at a special prize).
Race day schedule of events:
- 10:00 a.m. – TCO Vikings 5K begins!
- 10:30 a.m. – Vikings Season Ticket Members TCO Performance Center Tours start
- 11:30 a.m. – Awards ceremony
- Noon – Vikings Season Ticket Member TCO Performance Center Tours end
BONUS: Vikings Season Ticket Members can participate in a self-guided tour of TCO Performance Center following the 5K. For access, Season Ticket Members must enter their valid My Vikings Account number during the online registration process.
(Note: This tour is valid only for Season Ticket Members and their registered guests for the TCO Vikings 5K. To be valid for the tour, all Season Ticket Members and guests must be registered at the same time with a valid My Vikings Account number.)
All spectators are welcome to come to TCO Stadium for FREE and cheer on all the runners, no ticket is required.
PRIZES
All registered runners will be entered to win Vikings door prizes after the race. Winners will be randomly selected and must be present to win
1st Place 18+ 5K
- Overall finisher for both men and women will receive (2) tickets to a Vikings game at U.S. Bank Stadium.
1st Place 17 and Younger 5K
- Overall finisher for both men and women will receive (2) tickets to a Vikings game at U.S. Bank Stadium.
40-yard dash
- The last 40 yards of the 5K race will be separately timed to see how fast you can sprint to the finish line. The fastest overall 40-yard finisher for both men and women will receive an autographed football.
*Best Dressed*
- Wear your favorite Vikings gear! The fan with the best Vikings outfit will receive an autographed Vikings jersey.

No.
When and where do I pick up my packet?
Packet pickup is 10 AM-7:30 PM Thursday, September 26th or 10 AM-2 PM Saturday, September 28th at the Vikings Museum Lobby, 2645 Vikings Circle, Eagan, MN 55121. Participants picking up their packets at the Vikings Museum lobby on Thursday, September 26 or Saturday, September 28 can receive a 10% discount on their purchase when they show their race bibs at check out. (some exclusions do apply)
Can’t make it to packet pickup? Have a friend or family member pickup your packet on your behalf. Just bring a copy or image of the participant¹s photo ID. Packets cannot be mailed. There will be limited packet pickup on race day for out of state participants.
