Dr. Barry and his staff are the best in the business. When I was going in for surgery I almost backed out but the staff made me feel so comfortable it was amazing. My nurse Nichole was great and the way the entire staff treated my wife and son after I was done was the best I could of ever ask for. But it doesn’t stop there! What Dr. Barry’s staff did after my surgery is of the charts, calling to check on me and assisting me in my troubles with insurance for my prescription. The staff is on top of it, calling with updates on what is going on so thank you all. I feel great and my family thanks you all.

I have been blessed with good health until my mid-sixties and then out of nowhere, one hip and then a few months later, the other hip essentially locked me up in severe pain. I couldn’t even walk across a skyway in downtown Minneapolis, where I worked, without stopping and catching my breath it was so painful. I reached out to someone who is familiar with the “physician/medical community” and he referred me to Dr. Wetter. Long story short, Dr. Wetter replaced both of my hips within a few months of each other. Reflecting back on the experience I can truthfully say everything he said that was going to happen before, during and after the surgeries, happened. No surprises, no misunderstandings about the process, procedure, outcome or post-surgery recovery issues/timetables. He is straight forward, honest and believable. He is surrounded by a great team of professionals at his office and the hospital. And finally, he LISTENS very well.

Dr. Michael Nemanich (Twin Cities Orthopedics) saved the quality of my life! Prior to my anterior hip replacement surgery, I had debilitating pain that significantly limited my physical activities and had a negative effect on my mental health. Back in 2009 I had a total shoulder replacement done at a facility in North Dakota. After 9 years of feeling like a rockstar I was driving my car one day and heard and felt a click in that shoulder. Knowing something broke I returned to that doctor and had an X-ray done. My humerus ball set screw had fractured in half. I was scheduled for surgery but found out he was outside of my network. I began my search for a surgeon who could do this shoulder revision. All the doctors were willing to do it until they saw my X-ray. After hearing no from 8 different doctors closer to my home in west central Minnesota, I ended up calling Twin Cities Orthopedics. Within a half hour I had an appointment with Dr. Allan Hunt who said he was going to do it. I appreciate the prompt, courteous, and confident treatment I received from Dr Hunt. He was able to fix the train wreck of a shoulder I had. I highly recommend Dr. Hunt, he does not shy away from a challenge, he did the research, came up with various options, was prepared for everything when he got in there! Thank you Dr. Hunt and TCO!!

I consulted two previous orthopedic surgeons, both of whom informed me that I had an irreparable rotator cuff. My next physician consult was from Dr. Hunt, who was confident that he could repair my shoulder with a “cuff cap” that consisted of donor tissue. The surgery went very well and he was also able to repair the bicep tendon that was torn completely. It has been five months since surgery and the recovery has been excellent. I have gained 95% of my shoulder movement, my strength is increasing and I have had no pain for a long time now. Dr. Hunt is an excellent surgeon, likable, and definitely listened to my concerns. I would not hesitate to go back to him if I needed another surgery. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Greg Lervick is a phenomenon. He repaired my right shoulder, which was constantly dislocating, in 2011. Rebuilt labrum and moved rotator cuff into position and it’s been absolutely perfect. Recently he repaired my left shoulder and, while I’m still in rehab, I am confident the results will be equally great. He’s the only surgeon I’d trust my shoulders to. Hopefully, I won’t need to find out how he is at elbows or anything else, but my trust would be 100% if I did!

Post shoulder replacement surgery complete and immediate relief from pain. With the help of Dr. Lervick and guided/approved PT, I returned to great mobility. The absolute best staff, Andy and Ann – very professional, caring and candid. Also all above involved and interested in ongoing follow-up. Thank you!

I have been bounced between a few different doctors trying to figure out what was causing me the most pain, my back or my hip. The hip won… Dr. Crowe and his staff have done an outstanding job with my hip replacement. I am now pain free and am able to do things I haven’t been able to for over a year. My recovery was better than expected and is a testimony to his skill as a surgeon. His staff is great and I highly recommend him.

49 days today since surgery. The surgery was smooth. Dr. Knowlan – you are the best! Kind, funny, and very direct. The perfect combination. I am so glad I found Dr. O’Neill. I had known for a while that I needed knee replacement surgery and had been searching for the right doctor who would take good care of me.
