TCO was my first call for help after being discharged from the Emergency Room with a broken clavicle, which required surgery. From the moment I walked into the office, I was seen so quickly! Dr. Hauck was so compassionate and he went above and beyond my expectations to add me into his busy surgical schedule. His PA-C, Chris, was able to shift his full schedule and provide a pre-op physical, sparing me from the discomfit and inconvenience of having to travel across town to my primary care physician. The scheduling staff took such great care of me and they helped educate me about the pre-surgical and post-operative sequence of events.
I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. Now I have the privilege of working with empathetic, competent physical therapists at TCO during the recovery phase of my injury!
