I had an Achilles Speedbridge surgery six weeks ago.  I am still hobbling along in a boot.  I have good days and bad days as far as swelling and pain.  If I walk too much on it, I pay for it in the evening or the next day.  I know this will take time to heal.  Dr. Clair and Aaron have been truly awesome! They have a SUPER bedside personality and I would highly recommend these awesome fellas!  The surgical staff was wonderful as well!  Heaven forbid if I ever need another foot surgery but IF I should have too, I will definitely have Dr. Clair and Aaron for my care.  Thank-you!

Around 7 months or so, I had both of my knees replaced by Dr. Owen O’Neill. My second knee was much easier for me as I knew what to expect. I was hesitant at first but you have to overcome your fear. While in the hospital, I did exactly what Dr. O’Neill and his team recommended, I didn’t let the pain control me and I did the Physical Therapy.

My goal throughout was to be able to climb the 88 steps from my dock to my lake house. I will find out if I can meet this objective in May, but have no doubt in my mind that I will.

Dr. O’Neill was very open about the entire experience, he was straightforward and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. I would recommend him to anyone.

My orthopedic surgeon for a left shoulder rotator cuff repair was Dr. Frank Norberg.  I was surprised with the minimal amount of pain after surgery.  I only used one (1) pain pill after surgery to make sure that I got a good’s night rest.  The remaining prescribed pain pills were not needed.  The scar is no longer visible.  I healed in record time by following the exercises that Dr. Norberg recommended.

I’m fortunate that my primary doctor recommended Dr. Frank Norberg.  He is a great surgeon, which I highly recommend. 

Dr. Szalapski has done numerous surgeries on me. I have had both my shoulders done by him. I had a knee replacement done by him, and I tore my left quad muscle off, which Dr.Szalapski reattached.  I would not have any other orthopedic surgeon do this for me.  He was wonderful. I love the fact  Dr. Szalapski is honest and very forthright with his advice on what I need to do to heal.  His assistant Joe has also been a huge part in all of my surgeries and in my healing. I cannot say enough about all of Dr. Szalapski’s staff.  Thank you to all of you.

My left anterior hip replacement has been a life enhancing experience. Dr. O’Neill completed my hip replacement in early February of 2017. The procedure gave me minimal discomfort for a couple of days after the procedure. Overall, I’ve had dental issues that have given me more discomfort than this hip replacement. I was back walking 2 miles per day two weeks after the procedure. After a month, I was back to walking my daily 3 to 4 miles per day and feeling great. I walked my first 18 holes of golf two months after the procedure with no discomfort. The stability of my new hip is amazing. 3 months post surgery, my new hip feels as good as my original equipment right hip. Dr. O’Neill and his staff did an excellent job of caring for me before, during and post surgery. What a great group of people. I highly recommend their services.

I received excellent, excellent care from Dr. Norberg and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone,anytime. I felt very comfortable and secure through the whole process. The emphasis on following rehab directions was the key to an excellent recovery.

I just want to tell Dr. Tanner I’m very grateful for his service when I was in an auto accident and he took my case to put me back together. He no longer lives in my area but I wanted to find him and thank him! If you are a current patient of Dr. Tanner you are in good hands!

Dr. Frank Norberg is a skilled and compassionate shoulder surgeon. He took time to explain the procedure thoroughly and answered all my many questions. Dr. Norberg is encouraging and supportive of my need to continue to be physically active.

I was referred to Dr. O’Keefe by my primary physician because I was having issues with my right hip.  Dr. O’Keefe performed a physical and did X-Rays and it was determined that I should have the hip replaced.  There was no pressure from him.  He said I would know when the time was right.  He performed the surgery almost a year ago and I have been very happy with how my recovery has gone.  Thank you very much Dr. O’Keefe and staff for your assistance.
