Dr. Asp operated on my wife’s shoulder and also replaced her hip. After talking to him and seeing my wife’s results I knew that I wanted him to replace my knees. The first one was done on December 8, 2015 and I was walking without a walker or a cane in less than two weeks after surgery. I felt so good about the experience that I made an appointment to have the second knee done at my last checkup for the first one. The second knee was replaced on February 25th, 2016. Same results as the first one. I am walking pain free for the first time in years and the scars are a work of art. After seeing the results that friends had after their surgery I consider myself very fortunate to have Dr. Asp as my surgeon. Thanks again Dr. Asp for your concerns and dedication to your craft. You are the best, which is why I drove 400 miles to get to you.

My surgery was months ago and I am so pleased with how well my feet have healed! My bunion pain is gone, I can hike and I no longer have foot or leg pain. I can even wear shoes that used to cause extreme pain due to the bunions. The scars have healed really well, and the added bonus is that my feet look really nice. Swimming twice a week has really helped my recovery process. With my feet back to normal now, I tend to forget that I even had surgery. I wish I had heard of Dr. Coetzee years ago. He knows what he is doing!

Dr. Benjamin Clair is great to work with. He repaired a bunion for me 4 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. I only wish I had done it sooner. I walked out of the surgery center with no pain, and recovered with very minimal pain thereafter. I am even back to running again. He explains conditions and treatments very clearly and takes the time needed to do so.

What I liked most about Dr. Diekmann was his concern for me and his very pleasant manner.
It’s not easy to hear that one has a serious problem when one is expecting that the torn meniscus is the problem, which it is not, but rather osteoarthritis in the joint of the knee.

In February 2015, I was suffering severe pain from my lower back down to my feet in both legs and was in need of relief. That’s when I was referred to Dr. Deal and will be forever grateful. He diagnosed my problem after x-rays and a CT scan (I cannot have MRIs), explained his diagnosis in detail along with a plan. I was scheduled for surgery within a week; my problem was between L4-L5; he scraped away the arthritis and took out two cysts and placed a rod between L4-L5. Within 48 hours after surgery, I no longer experienced any pain in my back or legs. I could not believe it; it was so much more than I ever expected.

I would highly recommend Dr. Deal for anyone needing spinal surgery. He is competent, thorough and compassionate, everything you want in a surgeon.

I received a rotator cuff repair from Dr. Peterson in November, 2015. It was my second one on the left shoulder, and my eighth one total between both sides. I feel like this one was my most successful yet. My recovery time was the shortest of all of my other surgeries to this point, and my physical therapy was very abbreviated, due to the excellent job that Dr. Peterson performed on my shoulder. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of undergoing this procedure.

I am a current Twin Cities Orthopedics patient and am scheduled for a total knee arthroplasty in late April.  I want you to know how impressed I am with Dr. Joseph Teynor and his team, Austin Heneman, PA-/C and Care Coordinator Andrea Jacobsen.  Being the husband of a recently retired physician I understand the time pressure that is put on physicians in today’s economy and practice.  Dr. Teynor has given me a great sense of confidence in the upcoming surgery.  The follow through by Dr. Teynor and his team is timely and flawless. His concern for my surgical outcome is remarkable.

Both I and my wife, Rachel Trockman, M.D., have had other joints replaced  by Twin Cities Orthopedics physicians.  Without question we have been totally satisfied with all levels of care that we have received.  We are cheerleaders for the professionalism and responsiveness of your organization.

I don’t know how to even begin to thank you for all you have done for my father and for my family. You are an amazing team that has made all the difference in my father’s future and his quality of life. It is Easter Sunday and I am watching him walk down the driveway like the father I haven’t seen in well over a year. Words cannot describe the happiness that I see as I watch him today.  He has his independence back and he is getting stronger daily. He is an incredible man and I thank you for the additional moments and memories I get to have with him because of all of you.

It has been a very long journey, and I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate all of your ongoing efforts throughout the process.  From taking on his case so quickly, to the first visit, the surgery, the complications, the follow up visits and now the final outcome.  You have all made such a difference and I don’t know how to truly thank you for what you have done.  I can only tell you that you are truly special and you do something that is wonderful, you make a difference in people’s lives every day.  Please know that while you do this daily, you are not the “norm” that we see all too often in healthcare these days.  You are a very special team that combines an incredible skill set with professionalism, excellent care, and true compassion.  That combination is very unique.

Dr. Comfort, Thank you so very much for my very successful knee replacement! I love my new knee! Before, when I would stand up, I would have to pause to make sure it was in the right position for walking. Now, I just go and don’t even think about it.

I live north of the Twin Cities and don’t like to drive in heavy traffic. I am grateful for your Wyoming, MN clinic and hospital. Having to drive in heavy traffic is one less thing to worry about.

I totally recommend Dr. Comfort to anyone considering knee replacement. All of the hospital staff told me that he is the best doctor for knee replacement, and he is also the physician with the kindest attitude. I worked at a hospital for many years and you get to know which physicians are good, so I believe the staff when they tell me who they recommend.

I would like to thank all of the staff at the clinic and hospital, who were awesome. Everyone was always cheerful and helpful—Physician’s Assistants, Anesthetists, Nursing, Lab, Respiratory, X-Ray, Physical Therapy, Housekeeping, Billing, Front Desk & Others.
